Server made everyone time-out at the same time today during one of our mixes. Other players got extremely large ping only on our server, they live in the UK and on other servers their ping is normal.

May i also add, ive been trying to get hold of someone on LiveChat for some time, but it says busy or offline. This is during the past few hours.
